Website static or dynamic,HTML

The website can be distinguished static and dynamic.
Static
means that the content and appearance only, without any additional interaction of the accessor (just click-click). Static sites are usually only for information.
Dynamic
interaction that is able to adjust the access of, the site you can think / make decisions. Yahoo mail for example, if I login with my ID, then the show is my email, and I might not be able to access your email if I do not know the correct password. Such ads or sites bekas.com, or sites that have shopping carts, forums, and so forth.

HTML
The computer only knows binary numbers (the numbers 0 and 1),
use letters to recognize the ASCII code, for example 'a' code was 01,100,001,
so that in any device (computer, phone, etc.), with any operating system (Windows, Macintosh , PocketPC, etc.),
in any country, it would appear as 01100001 'a'.
LHA continues, how all the computers in all countries with all programs (internet explorer, mozilla, opera, etc.) can display a website EXACTLY THE SAME? The answer is with HTML codes. So the basic purpose of creating a website is HTML.If you just want to create sites that provide information about your product, and only need DISPLAY without any login or shopping cart, or forum, then just HTML alone. But if you want accessed can order it through the computer, can login to view the order and everything is completely automatic 24 hours. Then you need to learn internet programming, various kinds are ASP, CGI, PERL, and is currently the most widely used is PHP.
the database use PHP is MySQL
database is the access in order to store data, email, email, bills, our products, etc..
you can use
FLASH, JAVASCRIPT, GIF and other auxiliary components,
À Apache Web Server
PHP4 à Engine for PHPÀ Engine for MySQL databaseMySQL Front à program to access the databaseÀ Program Filezilla to upload files to server
and many program
