Sometimes we always confuse how to estimate a website value, How about popularity, How about the link How about the other circumstances that make a blog or a webpages  can be valued.

May be you want to invest your money in a website like another m but you don't know how to estimated a value of the blog or website. or you want to buy and selling the website

Here our list to estimated a value of the website

First.( Domain and subdomain)

Domain

Website that can be estimated usually  registered in main domain , (such as com, net, org , tv, etc or in country list co.cn; web.id; dll) like:(as sample) www.Myname.com or www.Mypage.web.id

Subdomain

If you are registered as free blogger or free domain usually you have link like this "http://mypage.blogspot.com"  it's we called subdomain. that subdomain  can not be calcaluted because connected in the main domain as blogspot.com, so if you have this subdomain and you check your subdomain blog don't be  happy if the valur to high. Why? because maybe the result of calculation is about the main domain (blogspot.com rank) not yours

Second(Page rank)

Alexa pagerank (Alexa.com)

Google pagerank 

PageRank is a numeric value that represents how important a page is on the web. Google figures that when one page links to another page, it is effectively casting a vote for the other page.
